What membership options do you offer?

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, members can freeze their membership for up to 3 months per year with a valid reason such as medical conditions or extended travel.

Classes & Training

What group classes are available?

Facility & Equipment

What are your operating hours?

Our facility is open Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and weekends from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Do you provide lockers?

Yes, we provide daily lockers free of charge. Premium lockers are available for monthly rental.

Health & Safety

What COVID-19 safety measures are in place?

We maintain strict cleaning protocols, provide hand sanitizing stations, and follow all current local health guidelines to ensure member safety.

Do I need a medical clearance to join?
